Regulated - Some careers require you to have a license from or be certified by a regulatory body to work in Manitoba. A regulatory body is an organization that sets specific standards for the occupation, such as education or training, which must be met in order to be granted a license or certification. Examples of regulated occupations include: Hairdresser, Engineer, Electrician, Chartered Professional Accountant, Teacher. 

Not Regulated - A career that does not require you to have a license or certification to work and/or use a particular professional title.
